Law No. 6736 dated 03/08/2016 on the Restructuring of Certain Receivables entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 19/08/2016 and numbered 29806.
In accordance with the Law, as of 30/06/2016 (including this date), the collection of individual receivables such as interest, delay interest, overdue interest, overdue interest, overdue interest, and overdue charge, which have not been paid until the date of publication of this law, will be waived.
Applications must be submitted to our Chamber by the authorities of our companies until the end of working hours on 25, NOVEMBER 2016.
