Seasonally and calendar adjusted industrial production increased by 2.9% compared to the previous month
When the sub-sectors of industry (2010 = 100 basis years) are analyzed, in August 2015, the index of mining and quarrying sector is 2.0%, the index of manufacturing industry is 3.3% and the production, distribution and distribution of electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning are compared to the previous month. index increased by 1.2%.

Analyzing the sub-sectors of industry (2010 = 100 basis years), the index of mining and quarrying sector decreased by 3.8% in August 2015 compared to the same month of the previous year, while the index of manufacturing industry sector increased by 8.7% and electricity, gas, steam and air-conditioning production and distribution sector index increased by 3.6%.

According to the Main Industrial Groupings (MIGs) classification, the highest increase in August 2015 compared to the previous month was 11.6% in durable consumer goods manufacturing.

The highest increase in seasonally and calendar adjusted manufacturing industry was realized in the manufacture of computers, electronics and optical products.
In August 2015, the highest increase was 30,9% in the manufacture of computers, electronics and optical products. This was followed by tobacco products manufacturing with 10.2% and electrical equipment manufacturing with 9.6%.
The highest decrease in seasonally and calendar adjusted manufacturing industry in other transportation vehicles
Analyzing the sub-sectors of manufacturing industry, the highest decrease was 12.7% in the manufacture of other transportation vehicles in August 2015 compared to the previous month. This decline was followed by the manufacture of leather and related products at 5.2% and the production of basic pharmaceutical products and pharmaceuticals at 2.6%.
