International producer price index up 2.24% month-on-month
The foreign producer price index (HDI-PPI), which measures the change in producer prices of goods exported within the borders of the country and exported abroad, was 2.24% in July 2017 compared to the previous month and 23,99% compared with the same month of the previous year and 16.62% compared to the twelve-month averages.
Changes of the two sectors of the industry compared to the previous month; mining and quarrying sector increased by 0.82% and manufacturing industry increased by 2.27%.

The highest monthly increase was in leather and related products
The highest increase compared to the previous month; Leather and related products with 3.66%, motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers with 3.59% and other transportation vehicles with 3.39%. On the other hand, other finished goods and metal ores with 0.68 percent and 0.29 percent, respectively, were the most sub-sectors in which the indices decreased.
In the main industrial groups, the highest monthly increase was in capital goods
According to the classification of main industrial groups, in July 2017, maximum monthly increase was in capital goods and maximum annual increase was in energy goods.
