ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE BULDAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT
We are saddened to see the unfounded claims and statements circulating in the Buldan and Denizli public sphere for some time regarding the alleged second opening ceremony of the TOBB Buldan Kindergarten.
The TOBB Buldan Kindergarten began serving our little ones in the 2024-2025 academic year. A program prepared by the Buldan District National Education Directorate celebrated Primary Education Week in our school, and our Assembly and Board members also participated in the program. Contrary to the unfounded claims, no school opening ceremony was held during the Primary Education Week celebration; the ceremony was completed with poems, songs, and performances prepared by the students.
The official opening was held on December 15, 2025, with the participation of the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, and the then Governor of Denizli, Ömer Faruk Coşkun.
Anyone making unfounded claims that this school was officially opened in the past period must prove their claims. Instead of resorting to smear campaigns, they can share pictures, videos, information, and documents with the public. They are making these false accusations, even though they know very well that no such ceremony took place. The accuser is obligated to prove their claim; otherwise, they are the slanderers themselves. This individual, who cannot even comprehend the difference between the Primary Education Week celebrations and the opening ceremony, makes completely false and unconvincing claims. Their attempts to portray a non-existent opening ceremony as if it had taken place are futile. This distinguished school, established in our district by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Ministry of National Education to prepare over a hundred young children for the future, has met one of the greatest needs of Buldan and our region.

As the Buldan Chamber of Commerce, we believe, as the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, has repeatedly stated, that "Every investment can incur losses, but investments in education never do." Our kindergarten is one of the schools built by TOBB in five districts of Denizli, and it was constructed using the membership fees of Buldan Chamber of Commerce members. Therefore, the Buldan business community made a significant contribution to the entire construction of the school. We thank everyone who contributed and express our gratitude. Based on this belief, we respectfully announce to the public that we will always continue to support children receiving education.
