The TOBB Kindergarten, established in Buldan by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), was officially opened with a ceremony.
The opening ceremony of the TOBB Kindergarten, located in the Gölbaşı neighborhood, was attended by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Denizli Governor Ömer Faruk Coşkun, District Governor Turan Erdoğan, Buldan Chamber of Commerce President Halil Baştürkmen, Assembly President İbrahim Acıkara, members of the Buldan Chamber of Commerce Assembly and Board of Directors, Mayor Mehmet Ali Orpak, Buldan National Education Director Mustafa Vural, Denizli Chamber of Commerce President Uğur Erdoğan, Denizli Chamber of Industry President Selim Kasapoğlu, TOBB board member and Aydın Chamber of Commerce President Hakan Ülken, presidents of chambers of commerce and industry from neighboring provinces and districts, district presidents and administrators of political parties, administrators of non-governmental organizations, school students, parents, and citizens.
After a moment of silence and the recitation of the Turkish National Anthem, the students performed a short show accompanied by songs. Then, the young students cut the ribbon to open the school.
After the ceremony, President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Buldan Chamber of Commerce.
President Hisarcıklıoğlu held discussions with members of the Buldan Chamber of Commerce Assembly and stated, "Research shows that Buldan's history dates back to the Roman period. This beautiful city is one of the most important regions of our country with its history and culture. I hope that the kindergarten we have established in Buldan as a result of the efforts of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the Buldan Chamber of Commerce will be beneficial."
