Labor Cost Index, III. Quarter:

Hourly labor cost index up 4.2 percent compared to the previous quarter

Seasonally and calendar adjusted hourly labor cost index, 2015 III. In the second quarter of the year, it increased by 4.2% compared to the previous quarter. Index; 4.4% increase in industry, 5.1% increase in construction and 3.9% increase in services.

The highest increase in seasonally and calendar adjusted hourly labor cost index was in the H (Transport and storage) sector with 6.5%.

Hourly earnings index up 4.7 percent quarter-on-quarter

Seasonally and calendar adjusted hourly earnings index III. QoQ increased by 4.7% quarter-on-quarter. Index; increased by 3.9% in industry, 4.9% in construction and 5.2% in services.

The highest increase in seasonally and calendar adjusted hourly earnings index was realized in H (Transportation and storage) sector with 9.9%.

Non-hourly labor cost index increased by 1.8% compared to the previous quarter

Seasonally and calendar adjusted hourly non-earnings labor cost index, 2015 III. QoQ increased by 1.8% compared to the previous quarter. Index; 2.4% increase in industry, 4.4% increase in construction and 1.1% increase in services.

The highest increase in seasonally and calendar adjusted hourly non-earnings labor cost index was realized in H (Transportation and storage) sector with 6.9%.
