50 976 houses sold for the first time in housing sales

Turkey compared to the same month of the previous year, the number of houses sold increased by 5.9% for the first time in general was 50 976. Housing sales to foreigners increased by 25.6% to 2 119 compared to the same month of the previous year. In November 2015, Istanbul ranked first in terms of sales to foreigners with 703 sales. Istanbul was followed by Antalya with 539 sales, Bursa with 149 sales, Yalova with 138 sales, Sakarya with 87 sales and Ankara with 80 sales.

According to the nationality of the country, the highest number of homes sold to Iraqi citizens

Iraqi citizens in November bought 495 from Turkey. Iraq was followed by Saudi Arabia with 226 houses, Kuwait with 193 houses, Russian Federation with 136 houses and Afghanistan with 98 houses.
