Chicken egg production increased by 3.5% in September compared to the previous month and decreased by 7.1% compared to the same month of the previous year.
Number of slaughtered chickens was 80 million and number of slaughtered turkey was 380 thousand
Number of slaughtered chickens decreased by 14.6% in September when compared to the previous month and 17.5% when compared to the same month of the previous year. The number of slaughtered turkeys decreased by 14.2% in September compared to the previous month and decreased by 25.5% compared to the same month of the previous year.
Chicken meat production was 135 376 tons and turkey meat production was 3 999 tons.
Chicken meat production decreased by 12.9% in September when compared to the previous month and decreased by 17.5% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Turkey meat production decreased by 16.7% in September compared to the previous month and decreased by 13% compared to the same month of the previous year.
