Agricultural Products Producer Price Index, October 2015
Agriculture PPI increased by 0.85% in October
Agriculture PPI increased by 0.85% in October 2015 compared to the previous month, 10.57% compared to December of the previous year, 9.29% compared to the same month of the previous year and 10.57% on the averages of twelve months basis.
The monthly change was 0.93% increase in agricultural and hunting products, 0.96% decrease in forestry products and 0.74% decrease in fisheries.
The maximum monthly increase was in the main group of single-year herbal products
Compared to the previous month, the change was 3.31% in one-year plant products, 1.05% increase in live animals and animal products and 1.03% decrease in perennial plant products.
Paddy rice from sub-agricultural groups decreased by 0.83% compared to the previous month
Cereals, legumes and oilseeds from sub-agricultural groups increased by 0.93%, live cattle and unprocessed milk from them increased by 1.02% and citrus fruits decreased by 3.21%.
