92 483 housing was sold in September 2015 Turkey

housing sales in Turkey decreased by 20.1% compared to the same month of the previous year in the month of September 2015 was 92 483. 63 799 properties changed hands as a result of other sales types

Other housing sales in Turkey was 63_799 decreased by 12.2% compared to the same month of the previous year. In other housing sales, Istanbul ranked first with 10 150 housing sales and 15.9% share. The share of other sales in Istanbul's total house sales was 63.5%. Ankara ranked second with 6 238 other housing sales. Ankara was followed by İzmir with the sale of 3 443 houses. The provinces with the least other sales were Hakkari and Ardahan with 11 houses.

43 333 housing units sold for the first time

Turkey compared to the same month of the previous year, the number of homes sold decreased 18.3% for the first time in general was 43 333. The share of the first sales in total house sales was 46.9%. Istanbul was followed by Antalya with 440 housing sales, Yalova with 126 housing sales, Bursa with 112 housing sales, Trabzon with 105 housing sales and Muğla with 85 housing sales.

According to the nationality of the country, the highest number of homes sold to Iraqi citizens

Iraqi citizens in September bought 359 from Turkey. Iraq was followed by Saudi Arabia with 204 houses, Kuwait with 160 houses, Russian Federation with 115 houses and England with 109 houses.
